“I have recently completed two major alterations to cottages at No.1 Little Theodore Street, Balmain and 14 Murdock Street, Rozelle with Banzai Constructions. Both projects are located with the Balmain Conservation Area. Whilst the projects were “alteration” for the purposes of Council approval, in real terms the two houses were rebuilt built as new houses with the retention of some minor elements.
The projects were completed successfully and the quality of work was within my professional expectations and that of my clients. The projects were also completed within the contract period even with several increases to the scope of work.

Banzai Constructions recently completed second-storey additions on our home at Wamberal. I can’t speak highly enough of Riley, Justin and their team. From the very first communication with Banzai to the final, finishing touches to our build, our experience with the team was exceptional. They were reliable and professional in every instance. They communicated well with timely responses to our phone calls or texts. They were flexible and adaptable to any unforseen requests we had along with way, accommodating our requests with positivity and ease. Each of the tradesman displayed attention to detail and care for the task at hand. We were able to continue living onsite with our children whilst the build took place. The Banzai guys worked happily around us, treated our home with respect and care and we trusted them implicitly. They were all had a positive and friendly, so having them in and around our home was actually a pleasure. One quirk of our project is that we live on a battle-axe block with our driveway shared by two other households. The team all took the greatest of care to respect the neighbours which was important to us as it enabled us to maintain harmony with our neighbours over the almost four month period. We are 100% happy with our new, expanded home and would recommend Banzai Constructions wholeheartedly.
